Subscription plans and usage limits

Each workspace has its own Stripe-backed subscription plan, billing history, and capacity. ToDoddle offers:

Hobby costs $10 monthly or $100 yearly. Pro costs $39 monthly or $390 yearly. Business costs $99 monthly or $990 yearly. Pro and Business share product capabilities; Business adds capacity and priority support. Enterprise is not a self-service subscription plan.

Hosted MCP is available on every public subscription plan, but its hosted service is still a private alpha. Monthly allowances are 1 connection and 1,000 calls on Free; 3 connections and 10,000 calls on Hobby; 10 connections and 50,000 calls on Pro; and 25 connections and 250,000 calls on Business. These allowances do not grant access to the private alpha by themselves.

Support and Testbench require Pro, Business, or Enterprise. Pro includes three projects with one or both external modules enabled. Business includes ten. Support and Testbench on the same project use one shared slot. Enterprise uses its contract allowance.

Pro includes 250 counted Testbench testers per workspace and five active rounds per project. Business includes 2,500 testers and 25 active rounds. Enterprise uses its contract limits. Testers do not use workspace seats. Pending applications do not count toward tester capacity.

Free-to-paid changes take effect immediately. A same-cycle Pro-to-Business upgrade is immediate and Stripe invoices the prorated difference. Paid downgrades and monthly/yearly cadence changes begin at renewal without a mid-cycle cash refund or account credit.

ToDoddle displays a pending renewal-time change and its effective date. While a lower plan is pending, future seat, project, total-storage, and video limits prevent additional growth beyond the target. Existing features and the current per-file upload cap remain until renewal; existing data is not deleted.

Use Manage subscription for payment methods, invoices, cancellation, and return to Free. Only workspace owners and administrators may access billing. Stripe is the billing source of truth, while webhooks and periodic reconciliation keep ToDoddle's displayed state current.

Video delivery is separate from source-video storage. The Usage screen reports provider-measured delivery in decimal GB. Pro includes 100 GB per month. Business includes 500 GB per month. The allowance renews monthly on the subscription renewal day, including when you pay yearly. Yearly billing does not turn the monthly allowance into one annual allowance. Free and Hobby do not yet have an approved included delivery allowance. ToDoddle currently measures and warns only. It does not pause uploads or playback based on delivery usage.

If the provider data is late or does not match the pull-zone total, the Usage screen shows Delayed or Unavailable instead of a false zero.
