Share project updates

Use the project Message Board for durable announcements, decisions, proposals, and updates that apply beyond one ticket. Posts support categories, comments, attachments, pinning, and read state. Project viewers can read posts and record their own read state; project members can create and change shared content.

Use Check-ins for recurring questions such as weekly progress, risks, or team updates. Each due period keeps its own participants and answers. An assigned viewer can answer even though they cannot change other project content. Project owners and administrators can close or reopen an occurrence. See Run recurring project check-ins for the full workflow.

Project health gives the team a compact signal:

  • On track
  • Needs attention
  • Blocked
  • No recent activity

ToDoddle calculates health from recent check-ins, overdue incomplete tickets, and project activity. A project member can set a manual override when the calculated result lacks important context. The manual value remains authoritative until someone clears it.

Use ticket comments for discussion about one delivery item. Use Context for durable intent, specifications, research, and decisions. Use direct Messages for a private person-to-person conversation.
