Use My Work, Focus, and time tracking
My Work is a personal cross-workspace view with Focus, Assigned, Watching, and Completed tabs. Its workspace, project, status, and search filters affect the list without changing dashboard navigation context.
Focus is your private ordering layer. Add an accessible ticket to Today, Up Next, or Later without changing its project status, priority, assignment, or due date. Today items carry over until you move or complete them. Recent Focus completions remain visible for seven days.
Use Focus to answer “what am I doing next?” and the board to answer “where is this work in the team’s flow?” These signals intentionally do not overwrite each other.
Start a ticket timer from ticket details or a kanban card. You may run timers on different tickets at the same time, but each ticket can have only one active timer. You can stop your own timer; authorized project or workspace administrators can correct other entries. Manual time remains available for completed or archived tickets even though a live timer cannot start there.
Exact elapsed time is preserved. If the project is linked to a billing client, billable completed entries are rounded up individually to 15 minutes when an invoice is calculated. Overlapping entries are allowed for history but are flagged for review.
Time tracking is optional for ordinary collaboration. Connected agents should record time only when the ticket or repository instructions explicitly require it.
