Save Air Traffic and coordination views
Open Air Traffic to review active Agent work, recently finished work, Context Questions, and recent workspace activity. The active timers panel shows timers that are running across the workspace.
ToDoddle includes five personal coordination views when you first use this area:
- Awaiting my review
- Decisions required
- Open actions
- Stale work
- Commitments due soon
Select a view to run its current query. Stale work means an active ticket with no update for 14 days. Commitments due soon means active work due during the next 14 days. Completed, closed, rejected, archived, and deleted tickets do not appear in these coordination results.
You can also filter Air Traffic, Recent Activity, or a coordination view, enter a name under Saved views, and select Save. A saved view stores your filters. It does not store a copy of the results, so opening it always shows current data.
Saved views are personal. You can remove any starter or custom view. Use its copy action to share a link to the same filters. The link does not grant access. Another person sees only work that their current workspace and project permissions allow.
Save project-board filters
Open a project's Filters panel to save a reusable filter preset. Enter a name beside Presets and select Save. The preset keeps your status, priority, assignee, creator, and quick-filter choices.
Select a preset name to apply it. You can rename or remove it with the controls beside its name. The active preset name stays visible until you change a filter. ToDoddle then shows Custom.
Board-filter presets are personal and work across projects in the same workspace. They do not change which projects or tickets you can access. If a saved person is not in the current project, that part of the filter remains inactive until you open a project where that person is available.
