Request and respond to reviews
Use a review when named people should inspect a ticket, ticket attachment, document, or Context item. A review is a coordination layer. It does not change the target's status or prevent other work.
Open the target and select its review action. Add one or more reviewers, optional instructions, an optional due date, and any shared checklist items. People who can read the target can see its review history. Only a named reviewer can submit their own outcome.
A reviewer can choose Approved, Changes requested, or Acknowledged. The request completes after every reviewer responds. The requester or a project administrator can also close or cancel an open request. Review comments and checklist progress stay with the review record.
Use My Work → Reviews to find requests that await your response, requests you created, and recently completed reviews. A notification opens the reviewed target and highlights its review action. It does not open a dialog without your action.
A project editor can configure a lane to request a review when a ticket enters it. ToDoddle skips reviewers who no longer have project access and shows a warning. Reordering inside the same lane does not start another review. Moving the ticket away and back creates a new review round.
Review status and ticket status remain separate. Add a lane status action as well if entering the lane should also set the ticket to Review.
