Contact support and attach a Replay
Open Support from the profile menu to create a private support case or read an existing one. Describe the result you expected, what happened instead, and the steps that reproduce it. Share diagnostic details only when you consent to include them.
Support replies can include up to five ready attachments. Supported general files are PDF, PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, plain text, log, and CSV files up to 25 MB. ToDoddle rejects executable, archive, active web, XML, SVG, Office, and unknown file formats.
Use Record Replay to capture a browser tab, window, or screen when a short demonstration is clearer than text. Capture lasts for up to five minutes. Microphone narration is optional and off by default. The recording remains on your device until you review it and select Attach Replay. Replay accepts MP4 or WebM up to 250 MB.
The finished recording keeps its attachment destination if the original form closes while you record. Review the recording and select Attach Replay. ToDoddle then closes the Replay preview and brings the support form back with the Replay ready to send.
Files upload to private storage through short-lived authorization. ToDoddle verifies the stored size, type, and supported file signature before a file is ready. An upload that is not linked to a message is removed after 24 hours. Ready support evidence also appears in the linked internal ticket's attachment area so support staff can review screenshots, files, and Replay recordings from the normal ticket view.
Select an attachment in a support message to open the same large secure preview used by regular ticket attachments. Images include zoom and reset controls. Replay videos and PDFs open in the preview. Files without an inline preview keep a download action.
A signed-in requester can return to Support to continue the case. An external requester uses the private access link sent by email. Support staff can send a customer-visible reply or keep an internal note. Requesters never receive internal-note content or attachment access.
Project owners and administrators can configure a project customer portal under Modules → Support. See Set up the Support module.
Do not put passwords, API secrets, complete connection strings, or private environment files in a support message or recording.
